Payment and Refund Issues:
All payments for services rendered by NexisWorx Technologies must be made using the company’s authorized payment methods. We uphold a transparent process and work closely with our clients to ensure every step is approved. Therefore, we do not offer any partial or full refunds under any circumstances.
Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed and cannot be canceled. Changes in personal preferences will not be accepted as a basis for refunds or chargebacks. Additionally, to prevent potential issues, NexisWorx Technologies will not provide content through physical mediums such as CDs, USB drives, or external storage devices.
Clients are fully responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and the content associated with their sites. All payments must be made exclusively in favor of “NexisWorx Technologies.”
We have not authorized any individual or organization to accept payments on our behalf under any other name. NexisWorx Technologies will not be liable for any losses incurred from dealings with unauthorized persons or entities falsely representing our company.
Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction:
Any disputes involving NexisWorx Technologies will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. All legal matters will be governed in accordance with the prevailing laws of New Delhi.
